缺陷汽车召回工作现状及趋势

本文基于2019年缺陷汽车产品召回数据,从汽车销量与召回数量、缺陷故障总成分布、缺陷原因、缺陷制造商等方面进行数据分析。缺陷故障总成主要涉及气囊/安全带、发动机、悬架系等主要部件,缺陷原因主要集中在制造和设计,数据分析同时表明进口汽车企业对缺陷汽车产品召回的意识更强。缺陷汽车产品召回2020年的发展重点五个方向是健全制度、完善机制、提升能力、加强研究、行业指导,标志着我国缺陷汽车产品召回制度将逐步完善。

This article analyzed data of vehicle sales volume, recall volumes, defect part distribution, defect root cause, vehicle manufacture based on 2019 recall data of defective automotive products. It demonstrates defect parts distribute mainly on airbag/safety belt engine, suspension, defects happen mainly in manufacturing and design, data shows imported automobile enterprises have greater sensitivity on automotive products recall. Five development strategies in 2020 of defective automotive products recall are optimizing rules and regulations, enhancing capabilities, emphasizing research, involving expert guidance, it designates China automotive products recall is improving gradually.
