针灸对试管婴儿胚胎植入子宫容受性的改善

Observation on improving uterine receptivity of in vitro embryo implantation by acupuncture

目的:探讨针灸对试管婴儿胚胎植入子宫容受性的改善效果。方法:选取漳州市中医院2016年1月-2019年5月期间收治的80例试管婴儿辅助生殖受试者作为研究对象,分为两组,各40例,其中对照组在试管婴儿周期前给予常规中药治疗,观察组在试管婴儿周期前给予针灸治疗,通过对比两组受试者临床指标之间的差异,探究针灸治疗试管婴儿胚胎植入子宫容受性的改善效果。结果:观察组各临床指标显著优于对照组,妊娠成功率优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:针灸对试管婴儿胚胎植入子宫容受性的改善效果十分理想,可明显改善妊娠成功率,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture on uterine receptivity of in vitro embryo implantation.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group was treated with TCM medicine before the test-tube baby cycle,and the observation group was treated by acupuncture before the test-tube baby cycle.Results:The clinical indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the pregnancy success rate was better than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve the acceptance of in vitro embryo implantation into uterus,which can significantly improve the success rate of pregnancy and is worthy of promotion.
