研讨子宫肌瘤患者接受中西医结合药物疗法治疗的临床价值

Discussion on the value of treating uterine fibroids in the integrative medicine

目的:研讨子宫肌瘤患者接受中西医结合药物疗法治疗的临床价值。方法:在2017年1月-2019年1月期间我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者中随机抽取80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组进行常规的西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上再结合中医治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗过程中不良反应的发生率、血清激素水平及中医证候积分。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者在治疗过程中不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组血清激素水平改善情况优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:子宫肌瘤患者接受中西医结合药物疗法治疗的临床效果显著,降低在治疗过程中患者不良反应的发生率,改善血清激素水平,降低中医证候积分,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on uterine fibroids.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,80 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given the integrative medicine.Results:After treatment,efficiency in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P﹤0.05,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower,P﹤0.05,the improvement of serum hormone levels was better,P﹤0.05,and the syndrome score was lower,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on uterine fibroids has significant clinical effects,can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve serum hormone levels,and reduce TCM syndrome scores,which is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
