中医康复在脑卒中后吞咽障碍中的应用

Application of TCM medicine rehabilitation in treating dysphagia after stroke

目的:探讨中医康复疗法在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果,为中医康复治疗吞咽障碍提供参考。方法:选择2015年1月-2019年1月广州市越秀区中医医院收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,治疗组在对照组常规治疗和护理的基础上加用中医康复疗法。分析比较两组的临床疗效,饮水试验(Water Swallowing Test,WST)、标准吞咽功能评估(Standardized Swallowing Assessment,SSA)积分、日常生活能力(Ability of Daily Life,ADL)评分、并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的WST、SSA评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的ADL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药中医康复治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍可以提高临床疗效,改善吞咽功能和生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:to investigate the effect of rehabilitation therapy of TCM medicine in patients with dysphagia after stroke,and to provide reference for rehabilitation therapy of TCM medicine for dysphagia.Methods:84 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,each with 42 patients.The clinical efficacy of two groups,WST,SSA,ADL score and the incidence of complications were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).The WST and SSA scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P﹤0.05),and that in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).The ADL score in both groups was higher than that before treatment(P﹤0.05),and that in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation of TCM medicine for dysphagia after stroke can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the swallowing function and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
