探讨盐包热敷联合神阙灸对中风后便秘患者生活质量的影响

The effect of salt pack heat compress plus the Shenque moxibustion on the quality of life of constipation patients after stroke

目的:探讨盐包热敷联合神阙灸对中风后便秘患者生活质量产生的影响。方法:选择我院120例2018年1月-2019年1月中风后便秘患者。随机分组,常规组实施排便训练治疗,联合治疗组则实施盐包热敷联合神阙灸治疗。比较两组中风后便秘疗效;便秘症状消失的时间、大便性状恢复时间、住院日数;治疗前后患者生活质量、排便积分;不良反应。结果:联合治疗组中风后便秘疗效、便秘症状消失的时间、大便性状恢复时间、住院日数、生活质量、排便积分相比较常规组更好,P<0.05。联合治疗组和常规组不良反应相似,P>0.05。结论:盐包热敷联合神阙灸治疗中风后便秘效果确切,可获得理想效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of salt pack hot compress combined with the Shenque moxibustion(神阙灸)on the quality of life of patients with constipation after stroke.Methods:120 patients were divided into two groups.The conventional group was treated by defecation training,and the combined treatment group was treated by salt pack hot compress plus the Shenque moxibustion.The efficacy of constipation after stroke,the time of disappearance of constipation symptoms,the recovery time of stool symptoms,the number of hospitalization days,the quality of life and defecation scores before and after treatment,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The efficacy of constipation after stroke,the disappearance time of constipation symptoms,the recovery time of stool symptoms,the number of hospitalization days,quality of life,and defecation scores in the combination group were better than the conventional group(P﹤0.05).The adverse reactions were similar in the combination treatment group and the conventional group,P>0.05.Conclusion:Salt pack hot compress plus the Shenque moxibustion is effective in treating constipation after stroke,and the ideal effect can be obtained.
