跨境基础设施的可持续发展评估是中资企业"走出去"面临的重要问题,也是区域经济社会发展的热点。本文从可持续发展的概念出发,以中老经济走廊为背景,分析论述基础设施可持续发展评估的内涵,并提出中资企业在老挝投资建设基础设施的可持续发展评估的原则,包括将可持续发展属性的定性分析视为基础设施项目走入中老经济走廊的准入门槛和用量化方法评估项目的可持续性等。

The cross-border infrastructure sustainable development assessment is an important issue for Chinese enterprises to "go global",it is also a hot topic of regional economic and social development.Based on the concept of sustainable development,and the background of the China-Laos economic corridor,this paper analyzes the connotation of infrastructure sustainable development assessment,and puts forward the principles of infrastructure sustainable development assessment for Chinese enterprises,including regarding the qualitative analysis of sustainable development attributes as the requirement for infrastructure projects entering into China-Laos economic corridor and adopting quantitative methods to assess the sustainability of projects,etc.
