摘要 运用层次分析法,分别从环境因素、项目情况、承包商情况、业主情况、相关合同情况等五个方面建立工程履约担保对承包商的保前综合评价指标体系,并确定指标权重。在此基础上,运用模糊综合评价法构建一套保前综合评价模型,并通过实证分析验证评价模型的可行性,为担保机构的保前评估和承保决策提供参考。 This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct a comprehensive pre-guarantee evaluation index system of the performance guarantee from five aspects of environmental factors,project conditions,contractor conditions,owner conditions,and related contract conditions,and determines the index weights.On this basis,uses a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a set of comprehensive pre-insurance evaluation models,and verifies the feasibility of the evaluation model through empirical analysis,so as to provide a reference for pre-insurance evaluation and underwriting decisions of guarantee institutions.
