摘要
近年来,城镇老旧小区改造进展提速,将会是商业银行介入房地产市场的又一蓝海。本文探究老旧小区改造在当前背景下的意义、政策发展历程,分析商业银行介入老旧小区改造的难点,提出商业银行介入老旧小区改造市场的策略和政策建议。
In recent years,the accelerated development of old urban residential areas will be another blue sea for commercial banks to get involved in the real estate market.This paper explores the significance and policy development process of the old residential district reconstruction under the current background,analyzes the difficulties of commercial Banks’ intervention in the old residential district reconstruction,and puts forward the strategies and policy suggestions for commercial Banks’ intervention in the old residential district reconstruction market.
