母乳是婴幼儿配方奶粉开发的黄金标准。本文以母乳的营养成分及功能研究进展为基础,对婴幼儿配方奶粉的成分及功能进行母乳化模拟,提出了第五代母乳化婴幼儿配方奶粉的研发方向及应用趋势。

Human breast milk is the gold standard for the development of infant formula.Based on the research progress of the nutritional components and functions of human milk,this paper proposed the research and development direction and application trend of the fifth generation of infant formula through the simulation of the main components and functions of human milk.
