摘要
为实现汽车排气消声器的自动设计开发,该文基于Visual Studio.NET平台开发了汽车排气消声器设计系统,基于声传递矩阵法计算汽车排气消声器传声损失,构建汽车发动机和排气消声器基础数据库,建立汽车排气消声器的声学性能评价体系,基于CBR理论探讨汽车排气消声器的匹配方法,最后利用该设计系统为某车型开发出满足需要的汽车排气消声器,有效地实现了汽车排气消声器快速自动设计的目的,对汽车排气消声器的设计开发具有重要的指导意义。
In order to realize the automatic design and development of automobile exhaust muffler,this paper develops a design system of automobile exhaust muffler based on Visual Studio.NET platform,calculates the sound transmission loss of automobile exhaust muffler based on sound transfer matrix method,builds the basic database of automobile engine and exhaust muffler,establishes the acoustic performance evaluation system of automobile exhaust muffler,discusses the matching method of automobile exhaust muffler based on Case-based Reasoning(CBR)theory.Finally,the design system is used to develop an automobile exhaust muffler that meets the needs of a certain vehicle type,effectively realizing the purpose of fast and automatic design of the automobile exhaust muffler,which has important guiding significance for the design and development of the automobile exhaust muffler.
