摘要
目前整车布置要求中,并没有针对纯电动汽车充电基座的系统化设计准则。从整车总布置的角度出发,综合整车安全需求、用户使用需求、零部件设计需求等多方面,分析并总结了纯电动车充电口的布置、设计要点,并从充电桩位置分布出发,结合市场上部分纯电动汽车充电口位置的分布数据,分别从造型影响、布置空间以及方案成本的角度对比了不同位置充电口的优劣,最终得出靠近车辆前方的集成式充电口方案更优。为电动汽车布置工作提供了参考。
In the current vehicle layout requirements,there is no systematic design criterion for the charging base of pure electric vehicles.From the perspective of the general layout of the whole vehicle,the layout and design points of the charging port are analyzed and summarized in terms of the safety requirements of the whole vehicle,the needs of the user,and the design requirements of the parts and components.Starting from the location distribution of charging points,combined with the location distribution data of some pure electric vehicle’s charging ports in the market,the advantages and disadvantages of charging ports at different locations are compared from the perspective of modeling influence,layout space and scheme cost.Finally,it is concluded that the integrated charging port near the front of the vehicle is better.It provides a reference for the layout of electric vehicles.
