摘要
为降低转炉冶炼低碳钢终点氧含量,通过对转炉脱氧基本原理的研究,着眼于底吹系统的有效维护和对底吹效果的充分发挥,通过底吹模型和底吹风口的布置、底吹强度的选择、炉底炉衬砖的厚度控制、底吹维护制度的建立以及底吹"一对一"自主调节等手段,降低钢水氧含量,将转炉碳氧积稳定控制在0. 0020%,减少了钢中Al2O3夹杂,提升钢水纯净度。
In order to reduce the endpoint oxygen content of converter smelting low carbon steel,the principle of converter deoxygenation was studied in order to effectively maintain and make full use of the bottom blowing system.Through better arranging of the bottom blowing model and the port,selecting of blowing strength,controlling of the thickness of the furnace bottom lining brick,establishing of the bottom blowing maintenance system,the“one-to-one”self-adjustment of bottom blowing,and other measures,the oxygen content of the molten steel is reduced and the carbon-oxygen equilibrium in the converter is stabilized at 0.0020%.With reduced Al 2 O 3 inclusions,the purity of molten steel is improved.
