从南钢全球化实践到中国企业海外销售运作

摘要 随着全球经济一体化的高速发展,国内具有世界一流的国际化销售企业或平台并不多见,甚至已远远落后于我国经济发展及企业实践需要。本文以南京钢铁海外销售平台实例为参照,首先从当前的国际国内钢铁行业海外销售整体行业背景入手,介绍了当前中国钢铁企业设立海外销售平台的目的和意义;其次,全流程的阐述了海外销售平台建立、运转以及如何高效发挥海外销售平台作用等过程和注意事项;最后针对海外销售平台发展及风险防范做了补充说明。分析探讨钢铁企业海外销售平台如何更好的设立运营管理,辅助企业全球化更优的发展。 With the rapid development of global economic integration,there are few domestic first-class international sales enterprises or platforms,even far behind China's economic development and enterprise practice needs.Taking the overseas sales platforms of NISCO as the reference,this paper first introduces the current overall industry background of the international and domestic iron and steel overseas sales,as well as the purpose and significance of setting up overseas sales platform of China's iron and steel enterprises;then,describes the establishment,operation and how to make full use of overseas sales platforms.In the end,this paper makes a supplementary explanation for the development and risk prevention of overseas sales platform.Figuring out the way to set up and better operate the overseas sales platform of iron and steel enterprises will bring better development of globalization of enterprises.
