微针毛刺联合点穴对湿热型亚健康失眠状态的干预

Efficacy of microneedles acupuncture plus acupoint pressure on sub-health insomnia of the Shire type

目的:观察微针毛刺联合点穴干预湿热型的亚健康失眠状态的临床疗效。方法:将120例失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用毛刺点穴背俞穴治疗,对照组采用口服艾司唑仑治疗。比较两组治疗前后生活质量改善情况及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分并判断临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后PSQI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组较对照组,在PSQI总分、睡眠质量、睡眠效率与催眠药物方面,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);有效率方面,治疗组总有效率为90%(36/40),对照组为75%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量方面,治疗后两组间比较在生理职能(Role Physical,RP)、躯体疼痛(Bodily Pain,BP)、精力(Vitality,VT)三个维度上,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微针毛刺联合点穴干预湿热型亚健康失眠具有较好的临床疗效,有效改善睡眠质量及生活质量,值得临床推广运用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of microneedles acupuncture plus acupoint pressure on sub-health insomnia of the Shire type(湿热型).Methods:120 patients with sub-health insomnia were divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 patients in each group.The treatment group was intervened by microneedles acupuncture plus acupoint pressure on Beishu point(背俞穴),while the control group was intervened by oral estazolam.The changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index score and the quality of life in the two groups after treatment were compared and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,both groups has significant changes in PSQI scores(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference of PSQI between groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total efficiency was respectively 90%(36/40)in the treatment group,higher than 75%(30/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).RP,BP and VT showed differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microneedles acupuncture plus acupoint pressure on sub-health insomnia of the Shire type shows a good clinical effect,can effectively improve the sleep quality and life quality of the patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
