观察针药结合治疗缺血性中风患者的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus medicine on ischemic stroke

目的:探究对缺血性中风患者实施针药结合治疗的效果。方法:随机将2016年6月-2018年6月我院82例缺血性中风患者分为对照组(41例,应用中药汤剂治疗)、实验组(41例,应用针药结合治疗)。均随访半年,对比两组神经功能缺损(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)水平、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)水平及运动功能评分。结果:实验组患者治疗后半年NIHSS评分相比对照明显更低,且运动功能评分较对照组更高,P<0.05;实验组患者治疗后半年MDA水平相比对照明显更低,且SOD水平较对照组更高,P<0.05。结论:对缺血性中风患者实施针药结合治疗的效果更佳。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture and drug on ischemic stroke patients.Methods:82 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(41 patients,treated with TCM decoction)and the experimental group(41 patients,treated by acupuncture and drug combination).Results:NIHSS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the score of motor function was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The MDA level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the SOD level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effects of acupuncture and drug is better on ischemic stroke.
