摘要
目的:探讨针刀治疗配合中药内服治疗颈椎病的临床疗效与观察。方法:选择2017年3月-2019年9月本科诊治过的280例颈椎病患者,作为临床疗效与观察对比研究,选取治疗组与对照组各140例,治疗组为针刀治疗配合中药内服,对照组为针刀治疗。比较分析两组患者,治疗前后的临床疗效与观察。结果:治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:针刀治疗配合中药内服,治疗颈椎病临床疗效显著,是值得推广的中医适宜诊疗新技术。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of needle knife plus oral TCM medicine on cervical spondylosis.Methods:280 patients with cervical spondylopathy were divided into two groups,140 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by needle knife plus oral TCM medicine,and the control group was given needle knife.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The needle knife plus oral TCM medicine on cervical spondylosis shows a significant clinical effect,is a new technology suitable for diagnosis and treatment of TCM.
