温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及对黄体生成素的影响分析

Effects of the Wenshen Huatan Quyu decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome and luteinizing hormone

目的:研究温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法:本次纳入2016年1月-2018年12月收治的84例多囊卵巢综合征患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例,对照组予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,观察组加用温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗。将两组的血清性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗情况、卵泡个数及卵巢体积情况、不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果:观察组患者治疗后的卵泡生成激素(Follicle-stimulating Hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、促黄体生成激素(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)、孕酮(Progesterone,P)均低于对照组,治疗后的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA)-IR以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,治疗后的卵泡个数少于对照组,治疗后的卵巢体积小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗中应用温肾化痰祛瘀汤可对性激素水平进行有效调节,减少胰岛素抵抗指数和卵泡个数,缩小卵巢体积,安全有效。

Objective:To study the effect of the Wenshetqn Huatan Quyu decoction(温肾化痰祛瘀汤)on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:84 patients were divided into two groups.42 patients in the control group were treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone.In the observation group,42 cases were treated with the Wenshen Huatan Quyu decoction more.Results:The FSH,E2,LH and T in the observation group were lower than the control group after treatment.The glucose,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR and adverse reaction rates were all lower than the control group.The number of follicles were fewer than the control group,and the ovarian volume was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wenshen Huatan Quyu decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome was effective,can effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,reduce the insulin resistance index and the number of follicles,reduce the volume of ovaries,with safety.
