穴位埋线与中药联合治疗月经过少的有效性

The effectiveness of acupuncture point catgut embedding plus TCM medicine on hypomenorrhea

目的:分析对月经过少患者行以穴位埋线与中药联合治疗的有效性。方法:从2018年12月-2019年6月择取46例月经过少患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组23例患者行以中药治疗,研究组23例患者行以穴位埋线与中药联合治疗,对照分析两组临床效果。结果:从治疗效果上来看,研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;从月经量改善情况来看,治疗1个月、2个月后研究组月经量改善率均高于对照组,P<0.05;从性激素指标来看,治疗前两组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、睾酮、雌二醇、孕酮对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后研究组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、睾酮、雌二醇、孕酮均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对月经过少患者行以穴位埋线与中药联合治疗的效果确切,不仅可以有效改善月经量,还可以改善性激素指标,使临床症状得到缓解,临床价值显著。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of acupuncture point catgut embedding plus TCM medicine on hypomenorrhea.Methods:46 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,23 patients were treated with TCM medicine,and 23 patients in the research group were treated by acupoint catgut embedding with TCM medicine.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of menstrual volume in the study group was higher than that in the control group after 1 and 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,testosterone,estradiol and progesterone in the study group were all better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture point cat-embedding plus TCM medicine has a definite effect on hypomenorrhea,which can not only effectively improve the amount of menstruation,but also improve the sex hormone index,so as to relieve the clinical symptoms,with significant clinical value.
