苦参素抗肿瘤及减轻放化疗不良反应的研究进展

A review on matrine in anti-tumor and alleviating adverse effects on radiotherapy and chemotherapy

苦参素是传统中药中提取的生物碱,主要包括苦参碱以及氧化苦参碱,其具有抗炎、抗肿瘤等较为广泛的作用。苦参碱作为传统中药中一种有效的抗肿瘤成分,已经得到了许多临床以及基础实验的证实,其作用是多靶点、多方面的,其既可以通过作用于各种细胞器、各种信号通路、免疫调节产生促进凋亡、细胞周期阻滞、增强免疫等抗肿瘤作用,也可以通过调节免疫、保护骨髓功能、抗炎抗纤维化等作用起到放化疗中减轻毒性反应的作用。文章对近年来苦参素在抗肿瘤治疗中增效以及减毒的机制研究进展进行综述,为临床个体治疗提供新的思路。

Matrine is the alkaloid extracted from TCM medicine,mainly including matrine and oxymatrine,which has a wide range of effects such as anti-inflammatory and anti-tumo.As an effective anti-tumor component in TCM medicine,matrine has been confirmed by many clinical and basic experiments.Its role is multi-target and multi-faceted.It can act on various organelles and various signals.Pathways and immune regulation produce anti-tumor effects such as promoting apoptosis,cell cycle block,and enhancing immunity.It can also play a role in reducing toxic reactions in chemoradiation by regulating immune,protecting bone marrow function,anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis.This article reviews the research progress of the mechanism of increasing efficacy and reducing toxicity of matrine in antitumor therapy in recent years,and provide new ideas for clinical individual treatment.
