摘要 目的:探讨骨筋肉操结合穴位刺激预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年6月符合研究要求患者128例,结合入组及排除标准,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,分别为64例,对照组患者给予常规的治疗,研究组给予其骨筋肉操结合穴位刺激治疗,在不同治疗模式下,两组患者获得的临床效果存在差异,观察其临床指标:下肢静脉血栓发生率以及D-二聚体浓度。结果:两组患者入院当日以及手术前第1天的D-二聚体浓度无差异(P> 0.05);手术后第1、3、5、7日D-二聚体浓度对比,研究组(6.43±0.43)mg/L、(5.62±1.44)mg/L、(3.96±0.82)mg/L、(2.47±0.55)mg/L均低于对照组(6.73±0.66)mg/L、(7.73±1.75)mg/L、(6.82±1.58)mg/L、(4.68±0.41)mg/L;对照组中,下肢静脉血栓发生率14.06%(9/64),研究组患者中,下肢静脉血栓发生率3.13%(2/64),研究组发生率低于对照组,两组患者的组间数据对比,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:骨筋肉操结合穴位刺激在手术后能够有效地降低D-二聚体浓度,进而降低患者发生下肢静脉血栓的风险,有效地控制了发生风险,临床预防效果显著,值得在临床上进行推广。 Objective: To explore the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs by bone muscle exercise combined with acupoint stimulation. Methods: 128 patients who met the research requirements from March 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 64 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while patients in the research group were given bone muscle exercise combined with acupoint stimulation treatment. Under different treatment modes, the clinical effects of the two groups were different. The clinical indexes of incidence rate of lower limb venous thrombosis and D-dimer concentration were observed. Results: There was no difference in D-dimer concentration between the two groups on the day of admission and the first day before surgery(P>0.05). On the 1 st, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th days after surgery, the D-dimer concentrations in the study group(6.43±0.43) mg/L,(5.62 ±1.44) mg/L,(3.96±0.82) mg/L,(2.47±0.55) mg/L were lower than those in the control group(6.73 ±0.66) mg/L,(7.73±1.75) mg/L,(6.82±1.58) mg/L,(4.68±0.41) mg/L;In the control group, the incidence rate of lower limb venous thrombosis was 14.06%(9/64), and in the study group, the incidence rate of lower limb venous thrombosis was 3.13%(2/64). The incidence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group. The comparison of the data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bone muscle exercise combined with acupoint stimulation can effectively reduce the concentration of D-dimer after surgery, thus reducing the risk of lower limb venous thrombosis in patients, effectively controlling the risk of occurrence, and achieving significant clinical prevention effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
