目的:对榄香烯抗肿瘤相关药效作用及临床应用研究进行综述,为进一步深度挖掘和拓展应用提供参考。方法:查阅近年国内外研究榄香烯相关文献资料并加以整理、分析。结果:榄香烯具有广谱抗癌临床作用,以及在"抗血栓、抑制微血管形成、活血化瘀"等作用。结论:榄香烯及其主要复方分子的抗肿瘤相关药效作用及临床应用需进一步深入研究和拓宽。

Objective: To review the pharmacodynamics and clinical application of elemene in the treatment of cancer, so as to provide references for further exploration and application. Methods: Literature related to elemene at home and abroad in recent years was consulted and collated and analyzed. Results: Elemene has a broad-spectrum anti-cancer clinical effect, and it has a good effect in "antithrombosis", "inhibiting microangiogenesis", "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis". Conclusion: The anti-cancer-related pharmacodynamics and clinical application of elemene and its main compound molecules need to be further studied and broadened.
