蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢呋辛钠对小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效、白细胞及CRP的影响

Effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with cefuroxime sodium on acute suppurative tonsillitis, leukocyte and CRP in children

目的:探究蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢呋辛钠对小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎临床效果。方法:对从2018年4月-2019年1月在广东省第二中医院就诊的71例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(33例)和试验组(38例),对照组采用头孢呋辛钠治疗,试验组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢呋辛钠治疗,对比分析两组患儿疗效、临床症状。结果:试验组有效率为97.37%(37/38),显著的高于对照组75.76%(25/33)(P <0.05)。试验组患儿体温恢复时间(2.38±0.48)d、咽喉疼痛消失时间(3.02±0.33)d、上脓性分泌消失时间(2.42±0.53)d,以及食欲精神恢复时间(1.98±0.33)d均显著的短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,试验组白细胞计数为(6.3±0.7)×10~9/L,显著低于对照组(8.1±1.3)×10~9/L(P <0.05);治疗后,试验组C-反应蛋白浓度为(4.0±0.9)mg/L,显著低于对照组(5.9±1.1)×10~9/L(P <0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎,临床效果较为显著,可快速改善临床症状,具有推广应用价值。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined(蒲地蓝消炎口服液) with cefuroxime sodium on acute suppurative tonsillitis in children. Methods: From April 2018 to January 2019, 71 cases of acute suppurative tonsillitis children in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into the control group(33 cases) and the experimental group(38 cases) according to different treatment methods, the control group was treated by cefuroxime sodium, the experimental group received Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid with cefuroxime sodium therapy, The curative effect and clinical symptoms of two groups of were compared. Results: The effective rate of the experimental group was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.76%(P<0.05). The recovery time of body temperature(2.38±0.48) d, the disappearance time of throat pain(3.02±0.33) d, the disappearance time of upper purulent secretion(2.42±0.53) d, and the recovery time of appetite spirit(1.98±0.33) d of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the white blood cell count of the experimental group was(6.3±0.7)×10~9/L, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(8.1±1.3)×10~9/L(P<0.05). After treatment, the C-reactive protein concentration of the experimental group was(4.0±0.9) mg/L, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.9±1.1)×10~9/L(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children, the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with cefuroxime sodium is more significant, it can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and has the value of popularization and application.
