龙胆泻肝汤联合甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊治疗肝胆湿热型脂肪肝效果分析

Effect analysis of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with diamine glycyrrhizate enteric capsule in the treatment of damp-heat fatty liver and gallbladder

目的:探讨龙胆泻肝汤联合甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊治疗肝胆湿热型脂肪肝效果分析。方法:将2018年4月-2019年4月在南通市中医院消化内科治疗的108例肝胆湿热型脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,对照组单用甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组采用龙胆泻肝汤联合甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、肝功能及血脂指标变化、症状改善情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为92.59%(50/54),明显高于对照组的72.22%(39/54)(P <0.05);观察组治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AlanineMmiotransferase,ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Aspartate Mmiotransferase,AST)、血清总胆固醇(Serum Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)水平明显低于对照组,而血清胆碱酯酶(Serum Cholinesterase,CHE)、高密度脂蛋白(High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C)水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后纳差、乏力、腹胀、肝大等缓解率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤联合甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊治疗肝胆湿热型脂肪肝效果显著,能有效降低血脂,改善肝功能,缓解临床症状,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤) combined with diamine glycyrrhizate enteric capsule in the treatment of damp-heat fatty liver. Methods: 108 cases of liver syndrome patients with fatty liver treated in Tratitional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nantong from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received glycyrrhizic acid diamine enteric capsule treatment, the observation group received Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with diamine glycyrrhizate enteric capsule treatment. The clinical efficacy, changes of liver function, lipid index and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.59%(50/54), which was significantly higher than 72.22%(39/54) in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, ALT, AST, TC, TG, LDL-C levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while CHE and HDL-C levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The remission rates of poor appetite, fatigue, abdominal distension and hepatomegaly in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with diamine glycyrrhizate enteric-coated capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of damp-heat fatty liver, which can effectively reduce blood lipid, improve liver function and relieve clinical symptoms. It has positive clinical significance.
