阴阳配穴法治疗甲状腺结节并颈部淋巴结肿大1例

瘿病的病机为气滞痰凝壅结颈前,日久引起血脉瘀阻,以致气、痰、瘀三者合而为患。邱连利主任认为瘿病性质属阴,治疗当以阳法为散,而气血痰凝结日久则又易化热损伤肝阴出现烦躁等阴虚症状,治疗选穴应阴阳配合,以期阴中求阳、阳中求阴而使阴阳调和,故选用阴阳配穴法配合逍遥丸治疗甲状腺结节并淋巴结肿大,此疗法在临床应用中取得良好疗效,现举案例一则以验证。
