交通基础设施改善对制造业集聚的空间溢出效应研究——来自中部地区80个地级市的证据

Study on Spatial Spillover Effect of Transportation Infrastructure Improvement on Manufacturing Agglomeration——Evidence from 80 Prefecture-level Cities in the Central Region

中部地区正处于工业化加速发展阶段,承接着东部产业转移的历史重任,而交通的快速发展对于改善承接产业转移条件和推动中部地区高质量发展具有重要意义。文章选用空间计量模型等实证方法,研究2003-2017年中部地区80个地级市的交通基础设施对制造业集聚的影响。结果发现,中部地区交通建设的大力发展有助于当地制造业集聚;不但铁路和公路建设对制造业集聚有显著的空间溢出效应,而且高速铁路的发展对中部地区制造业集聚同样具有显著为正的溢出效应。基于此提出实现中部地区快速发展的对策建议。

The central region is in the stage of accelerating industrialization,and undertaking the historical task of industrial transfer in the east.The rapid development of transportation is of great significance for improving the conditions of undertaking industrial transfer and promoting high-quality development of the central region.In this paper,the spatial econometric model and other empirical methods were used to study the impact of transportation infrastructure on manufacturing agglomeration in 80 prefecture-level cities of central China from 2003 to 2017.The results show that the rapid development of traffic construction in the central region contributes to the agglomeration of local manufacturing industry;Not only railway and highway construction has significant spatial spillover effect on manufacturing agglomeration,but also the development of high-speed railway has significant positive spillover effect on manufacturing agglomeration in central China.Based on the above results,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to realize the rapid development of the central region.
