长三角区域协同创新发展水平评价及宏观影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于长三角区域经济发展数据,采用灰色关联法对该区域上海、江苏、浙江三省市协同创新发展水平进行评价,并运用相关分析找出对该区域协同创新产生重要影响的宏观因素。研究发现,上海、江苏、浙江协同创新处于较高水平,近几年来得到稳步提高,其中上海市和江苏省的协同创新水平优于浙江省。在宏观环境中,各因素的影响方向和程度各有所侧重,而总体上公共财政科学技术支出对协同创新的影响最为显著。在未来区域协同创新水平提升过程中,各省市既应总体上注重宏观环境的优化,促进协同创新发展,也应根据宏观环境的具体影响情况重点突破。 Based on the economic development data of Yangtze River Delta Region,this paper used gray correlation method to evaluate the level of collaborative innovation development in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang,and found out the macro factors that have important impacts on regional collaborative innovation by using correlation analysis.Findings show that collaborative innovation in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang,which has been steadily improved in recent years,is at a relatively high level.The collaborative innovation level of Shanghai and Jiangsu is better than that of Zhejiang.In the macro environment,the influencing direction and extent of each factor are different.In general,the expenditure on science and technology in public finance has the most significant impact on collaborative innovation.In the process of improving the level of regional collaborative innovation in the future,all provinces and cities should not only focus on the optimization of the macro environment as a whole,promote the development of collaborative innovation,but also focus on the specific impacts of the macro environment.
