大学生注意缺陷多动障碍与网络成瘾的相关研究

A Study on the Relationship Between College Students'Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Internet Addiction

为了解大学生群体中注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的发生率,并分析其与网络成瘾(Internet addiction,IA)的关联程度,选取呼和浩特市两所高校,以班级为单位整体抽样,运用网络成瘾诊断量表(IAT)和成人ADHD自评量表-V1.1(ASRS-V1.1),对1322名大学生进行调查研究。结果表明:大学生ADHD症状被筛查为阳性的有8.6%,且在IAT上得分显著高于ADHD症状筛查为阴性的学生(P<0.001)。说明大学生群体中的ADHD和IA存在较高比例,ADHD症状筛查为阳性的大学生会更容易网络成瘾(IA)。

The students from two colleges or universities in Hohhot were cluster sampled based on the class to analyze the incidence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and its correlation with Internet addiction(IA).1322 students were surveyed by using the Internet addiction diagnostic scale(IAT)and adult ADHD self-report scale-V1.1(ASRS-V1.1).It was found that 8.6%of screened college students were positive for ADHD symptoms and those who were positive for ADHD symptoms scored significantly higher IAT than those who were negative for ADHD symptoms screening(P<0.001).The result strongly supported that high proportion of ADHD and IA were there in the college student population and college students with positive symptoms of ADHD were more likely to be Internet addicted(IA).
