摘要 自中华人民共和国成立,尤其是改革开放以来,我国的教育事业取得了举世瞩目的成就,课程改革在其中扮演着举足轻重的角色。而课程改革的顺利开展需要相关制度的变革与创新予以保障,这就是课程改革的制度创新问题。回顾我国课程改革历程,课程改革制度创新的基本遵循是:党的领导,人民至上;顺势而为,变革创新;循序渐进,逐步推进;顶层设计,基层实验;收放自如,不断调适。在深化教育领域综合改革、深入推进教育治理现代化的背景下,我国课程改革制度创新应始终坚持党的领导,明确制度创新总体要求;扎根中国大地,保障制度创新落地实施;彰显公共品格,确保制度创新宗旨使命;秉持制度理性,不断完善课程改革制度。唯有如此,方能确保课程改革不断适应社会发展的需要,适应青少年儿童身心发展的需要。 Since the reform and opening-up,China's education has made remarkable achievements,in which curriculum reform plays an important role.The smooth development of curriculum reform needs the guarantee of reform and inovation of relevant institution,which is the issue of institutional innovation of curriculum reform.Looking back on the course of curriculum reform in China,the basic principles of institutional innovation of curriculum reform are stressing the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the priority of the people,following the trend to change and innovate,promoting development in a gradual way,making top-level design and basic-level experiments,and adjusting freely and continuously.Under the background of deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education and further promoting the modernization of educational governance,the institutional innovation of curriculum reform in China should continue to adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and clarily the overall requirements of system innovation,ensure the implementation of institutional innovation based on Chinese condition,demonstrate the public characteristics of the purpose and mission of institutional innovation,uphold the institutional rationality and constantly improve the institution of curriculum reform.Only in these ways can we ensure that the cur riculum reform constantly adapts to the.needs of social development and the physical and mental development of children.
