文明钟摆周期律视角下的世界社会主义

On World Socialism from the Perspective of the Cycle of Civilization Pendulum

文明钟摆是世界范围内存在的宏观景象,文明钟摆周期律原指文明巅峰在东西方交替出现的现象,其肇因是过度文明抑制变革且适度文明促进变革。社会主义革命(一战期间的俄国)和改良(二战后的西欧)都发生在了同时期文明相对落后地区,十分契合文明钟摆周期律。而今,相对于处在"过度文明"状态(不时出现衰退)的旧文明(西方资本主义),中国特色社会主义代表着处于上升期的新文明(社会主义),具有适度文明促进变革的天然优势,这也是"中国用几十年时间走过了西方发达国家几百年走过的路"的重要原因。同时,中国特色社会主义在吸取苏联模式过度文明状态经验教训基础上,正在塑造一种新型的、更完善的科学社会主义文明形态。

That civilizations rise and fall like a pendulum is a general phenomenon worldwide. The cycle of civilization pendulum originally refers to the phenomenon in which the peak of civilizations alternates between the east and the west, under the rationale that excessive civilization inhibits reform while moderate civilization induces reform. The socialist revolution(in Russia during World War I) and reforms(in Western Europe after World War II)both occurred in regions of relatively backward civilizations, which fit well with the cyclicity of civilization pendulum. At present, compared with the old civilizations(i.e., Western capitalism), which is in a state of"excessive civilization", inflicted by recession from time to time, socialism with Chinese characteristics,representing a new civilization(i.e., socialism) in its ascending period, has the advantage of being conducive to reform, which explains why"China has, in a few decades covered the road that those developed countries in the West had traveled for hundreds of years". Meanwhile, socialism with Chinese characteristics is shaping a new and sound civilization of scientific socialism by drawing on the experience and lessons from the excessive civilization of the Soviet model.
