With the rapid development of China’s social economy, people’s demand for power energy continues to increase. Therefore,more and more distribution projects are invested in tight construction. Power engineering has the characteristics of long construction cycle and large scale. The construction quality of the distribution network project is closely related to the economy and safety of the people’s livelihood. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the technical management during the construction process of the distribution network project. The application rate of the 10 kV power distribution network project is getting higher and higher, which is one of the core links to ensure the social power demand.
