The Analysis and Design of Mobile Network Integrated Resource Management System

综合资源管理系统作为电信运营商现网资源管理的主要平台,以及电信增值业务发展的重要技术支撑。文章首先对综合资源管理系统的现状进行梳理,介绍了管理平台的软件架构,并根据现阶段电信业务发展需求,提出了几点关于综合资源平台性能改进的方案和建议,包括资源资产管理、资源质量管理、在线设计平台及新业务支撑四部分。最后结合现阶段物联网、大数据、云计算等技术发展,对未来综合资源管理系统的发展做了展望。

As the main platform of telecom operators’ current network resource management, the Integrated Resource Management System(IRMS) is an important technical support for the development of telecom value-added services. Firstly, this paper combs the current situation of the integrated resource management system, introduces the software architecture of the management platform. And according to the demand of the current telecom business development, this paper proposes several schemes and suggestions on the performance improvement of the integrated resource platform, including four parts: Resource Asset Management(RAM), Resource Quality Management(RQM), Online Design platform(ODP) and new business support. Finally, combining with the development of Internet of things like big data, cloud computing and other technologies, this paper prospects the future development of integrated resource management system.
