绿色输变电工程施工期环境评价指标量化研究

Quantitative Research on Environmental Assessment Index of Green Power Transmission and Transformation Project during Construction

随着绿色发展新理念的普及,以及国家生态文明建设力度加强,电网企业针对输变电工程施工期进行了绿色管理改革。文章对输变电工程施工期绿色评价指标重要程度开展了研究,结合输变电工程的施工工艺、环境影响因子、政策管理规定等因素,按照专家意见构造判断矩阵,然后采用AHP层次分析模型,对施工期绿色评价指标进行定量分析。本次研究通过直观权重反映输变电工程施工期绿色评价的各个指标的重要性,为相关电网企业的绿色施工管理提供依据。

With the popularization of the new concept of green development and the strengthening of national ecological civilization construction, power grid companies have carried out green management reforms during the construction period of power transmission and transformation projects. This paper conducted a study on the importance of green evaluation indicators during the construction period of power transmission and transformation projects, combined with factors such as construction technology, environmental impact factors and policy management regulations, constructed a judgment matrix according to the opinions of experts, and then adopted an AHP model to make quantitative analysis of green evaluation indicators during construction. This study reflects the importance of various indicators of green evaluation during the construction period of power transmission and transformation projects through intuitive weights to provide a basis for the green construction management of relevant grid companies.
