论述工业危险废物在处置过程中的控制与管理

Discussion on the Control and Management of Industrial Hazardous Waste in the Disposal Process

近十几年来,我国工业危险废物的年总产量也逐年攀升,众所周知,工业产业在进行各类生产活动的过程中所产生的危险废物对生态环境会造成一定的破坏,同时也是增加环保系统工作负担的核心问题,绝大部分工业危险废物中含有大量的无毒物质,一旦控制力度不足或者处理不当,就会直接对大气与土壤、水资源等人们赖以生存的生态基础造成巨大的污染,不利于人体健康。笔者根据多年的工作经验,首先简单地分析了目前我国工业危险废物的处置现状,同时也提出了一些能够提升工业危险废物的处置及其管理水平的建议,以供借鉴。

In the past ten years, the annual total output of industrial hazardous waste in China has also increased year by year. It is well known that the hazardous waste generated by the industrial industry during various types of production activities will cause certain damage to the ecological environment and are the core problem of increasing environmental protection system workload. Most industrial hazardous waste contains a large amount of non-toxic substances. Once the control is insufficient or improperly handled, it will directly cause huge pollution to the ecological foundation on which people live, such as the atmosphere, soil, water resources, etc., which is not conducive to human health. Based on years of work experience, the author first briefly analyzed the current status of industrial hazardous waste disposal in China, and also put forward some suggestions that can improve the level of industrial hazardous waste disposal and management for reference.
