摘要
在新经济时代的发展下,行政事业单位面临多种挑战,为了促进行政事业单位能够保持可持续发展,需要对行政事业单位的人力资源管理作出创新,进一步完善相应的人力资源管理体系。本文在探索新经济对行政事业单位人力资源管理的影响的基础上,分析了实现人力资源管理创新的具体措施,希望能够对科学合理的实施人力资源拓展新思路。
Under the development of the new economic era, administrative institutions face various challenges. In order to promote the sustainable development of administrative institutions, it is necessary to innovate the human resources management of administrative institutions and further improve the corresponding human resources management system. On the basis of exploring the impact of the new economy on human resources management in administrative institutions, this paper analyzes the specific measures to achieve innovation in human resources management, hoping to develop new ideas for scientific and reasonable implementation of human resources.
