摘要
对EPC项目管理模式的优势、弊端以及风险因素进行深入分析,提出可行的防范措施,通过不断完善项目管理制度,强化运行机制,发挥EPC项目管理模式的优势,获得增值效益。
This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and risk factors of the management mode of EPC project, puts forward feasible preventive measures, improves the management system of EPC project, strengthens the operation mechanism, and plays the advantages of the management mode of EPC project, to gain value added.
