浅谈云南省高速公路抗冰雪保通应急措施

Discussion on the Emergency Measures for Anti-Ice and Snow Traffic-keeping for Expressways in Yunnan Province

以云南交投运营管理高速公路2019年高速公路抗冰雪保通应急工作为例,分析冬季抗冰雪保通应急工作的特点,从应急准备、现场应急以及应急结束等方面进行阐述在不同气象、不同环境、不同致因等条件下采取不同的应急处置措施,既有针对性又有实效性,切实保障公路运营安全。

Taking Yunnan Expressway’s operation and management of expressway anti-icing and snow traffic-keeping emergency response in 2019 as an example, the characteristics of winter anti-icing and snow traffic-keeping emergency response are analyzed, different emergency treatment measures under different weather, different environments, different causes and other conditions are expounded, which are both targeted and effective, and effectively guarantee the safety of highway operations.
