转烟器蜘蛛手烟包实时同步传送控制装置的改进设计

摘要 为解决C600原机"烟包异位"故障频发问题,防止出现原机抓取过程中产生的夹坏缺陷烟引起六角轮卡阻或流入市场等问题,在不改变原机机械传动的基础上,采用激光测距技术与伺服控制技术相结合的方法,设计了一套转烟器蜘蛛手烟包实时同步传送控制装置。该装置主要由激光位移传感器、伺服驱动器、伺服电机、人机交互界面、报警器等部件组成,可以准确测量烟包与转烟器蜘蛛手的相对位置,实时调整转烟器入口皮带运行速度,确保转烟器蜘蛛手能够同步抓取烟包,相关数据信息显示于人机界面,用于维修、调整。试验结果表明:改进后实现了转烟器蜘蛛手准确抓取烟包精度,蜘蛛手与烟包相对位移量的精确控制能力大幅提高了约67%,可以从改进前较难控制的±6mm精准控制到±2mm,相应卡阻次数平均每班减少了98%。 In order to solve the frequent problem of "cigarette pack out of place" failures of the original C600 machine, and to prevent causing the hexagonal wheel to block or defect cigarette pack flow into the market, which caused by the defective cigarette caught in the process of grabbing by the original machine, based on the combination of laser ranging technology and servo control technology, a set of real-time synchronous transmission control device for cigarette packet and spider hand of cigarette rotator was designed without changing the mechanical transmission of the original machine. The device is mainly composed of laser displacement sensor, servo driver, servomotor,human-computer interaction interface, alarm and other components. It can accurately measure the relative position of the cigarette pack and the spider hand of the cigarette rotator, and adjust the running speed of the belt at the entrance of the cigarette rotator in real time, to ensure that spider hand of the cigarette rotator can grab the cigarette pack synchronously, the relevant data information is displayed on the man-machine interface for maintenance and adjustment. The test results show that the accuracy of the spider’s hand grasping the cigarette packet is achieved after the improvement. The precision control ability of the relative displacement between the spider’s hand and the cigarette packet is greatly improved by about 67%, which can be controlled from ±6 mm which is difficult to control before the improvement to ±2 mm and the number of jamming is reduced by 98% on average per shift.
