摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,氯硅烷残液为硅源,在水溶液中水解制备了较高比表面积多孔二氧化硅粉体。研究了在水解体系中引入表面活性剂CTAB对二氧化硅粉体比表面积、孔径和孔容的影响。控制CTAB加入量和溶液的酸碱度,可以提高二氧化硅粉体的比表面积、孔径和孔容。二氧化硅粉体比表面积在100~750 m^2·g^-1之间。
In the paper,chlorosilane residue was used as raw material of silicon source,plus with cationic surfactant hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)as surfactants to produce silica via hydrolysis.The products are high-surface and medium-porous powder.The effects of CTAB on specific surface area and pore diameter and pore volume of silica were investigated.The specific surface area,pore diameters and pore volume of silica powders can be increased by controlling the amount of added CTAB and the acidity of the solution.The specific surface area of silica was between 100 m^2·g^-1 and 750 m^2·g^-1.
