摘要 H2O2的快速、灵敏检测在许多行业中具有重要意义。通过水热合成获得了均匀的八面体金属有机框架MIL-101(Cr),经过150 oC高温活化处理后,金属有机骨架中参与配位的溶剂分子很容易失去而造成骨架端点的金属中心配位不饱和,裸露金属位点及配体的羧酸基团产生活性位点,可作为H2O2的高效比色检测试剂。该试剂在水溶液中稳定性高,在H2O2存在下可以催化氧化3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺显蓝色,表明高温活化后的MIL-101(Cr)具有很好的催化活性。在最佳条件下,过氧化氢检测的线性范围是10μM^80μM和检出限为4.8μM。 Rapid and sensitive detection of H2O2 plays great important roles in series of industries.In this work,the activated MIL-101(Cr)with a uniform octahedral structure was prepared by a facile one-pot solvothermal method and further dried under vacuum at 150 oC.In this way,the exposure metal sites and carboxylic acid group of the ligand on the MIL-101(Cr)could provide active sites.The resulted materials can be used as highly efficient colorimetric detection agent,and it possesses high stability in water.Via oxidation reaction of chromogenic substrate 3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine(TMB),obtained MIL-101(Cr)was proved possess prominent catalytic activities.Under most favorable conditions,the linear range for H2O2 detection was 10μM to 80μM and detection limit was 4.8μM.
