教师教育专业反思性实践教学现状分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 为了解教师教育专业反思性实践教学现状,探索提高反思性实践教学有效性的策略,本研究采用《反思性实践教学状况调查问卷》对教师教育专业690名学生和276名指导教师进行调查。结果显示:学生对反思性实践教学在专业发展中的作用认识不足,忽视对教学理念和教学设计的反思,对实践教学活动中自觉反思意识不够,反思能力较差;校内外教师之间不存在显著性差异,但高校教师对反思性实践教学的主动性低于校外指导教师。建议加强学生专业认可和信念教育,激发主体意识,培养学生反思能力,丰富实践教学理论知识,营造反思环境,激发反思动机,加强指导教师队伍建设等对策,提高反思性实践教学的有效性,促进教师专业发展。 In order to understand the current situation of reflective practice teaching in teacher education majors,and explore strategies to improve the effectiveness of reflective practice teaching,690 students and 276 instructors in teacher education majors are surveyed using the Questionnaire of Reflective Practice Teaching Situation.The results indicate that students have insufficient understanding of the role of reflective practice teaching in professional development.It's easy for them to neglect to reflect on teaching concepts and instructional design,and they have insufficient awareness and poor ability of reflection in practice teaching activities.There is no significant difference between teachers inside and outside the school,but college teachers'initiative in reflective practice teaching is lower than that of teachers outside the school.It is recommended to take measures such as strengthening students'professional recognition education,inspiring the subjective awareness,cultivating students'reflection ability,enriching practical teaching theoretical knowledge,creating a reflection environment,stimulating reflection motivation,strengthening the guidance for teachers,and other measures to improve the effectiveness of reflective practice teaching and promote the professional development of teachers.
