固本汤联合孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘缓解期治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of Guben Decoction combined with Montelukast on the treatment of Asthma Remission and immune Function

目的探讨对支气管哮喘缓解期实施固本汤联合孟鲁司特治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法将2017年2月-2019年2月汝州市第一人民医院呼吸与危重症科收治的100例支气管哮喘缓解期患者用计算机按入院编号实施随机分组,分为:西药组(n=50,孟鲁司特)、联合组(n=50,固本汤联合孟鲁司特),分析疗效、中医症候积分、炎症因子、免疫功能、生活质量状况。结果联合组总有效率、治疗后血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平与西药组组间对比更高,联合组治疗后喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、哮鸣音症状积分、血清IL-6、Hs-CRP、TNF-α水平与西药组组间对比更低(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘缓解期实施固本汤联合孟鲁司特治疗效果良好,可控制炎症,改善免疫功能及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Guben decoction combined with montelukast on the treatment of asthma remission and immune function.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,100 patients in the respiratory and critical care department of Ruzhou first people’s hospital were randomly divided into groups according to the admission number by computer:western medicine group(N=50,montelukast),combined group(N=50,Guben decoction combined with montelukast),the curative effect,TCM symptom score,inflammatory factors,immune function,quality of life were analyzed.Results The total effective rate and the level of serum IgG,IgA and IgM in the combined group were higher than those in the western medicine group,the scores of wheezing,cough,sputum,wheezing symptoms,serum IL-6,Hs-CRP,TNF-αlevels in the combined group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben decoction combined with montelukast is effective in the treatment of asthma,which can control inflammation,improve immune function and quality of life.
