肠炎宁胶囊治疗急性感染性腹泻患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Changyanning Capsule on Patients with Acute infectious Diarrhea

目的观察肠炎宁胶囊治疗急性感染性腹泻患者的效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月期间,于焦作市第二人民医院就诊的急性感染性腹泻患者89例,随机将患者分成参照组及观察组,参照组患者行盐酸小檗碱片治疗,观察组采用肠炎宁胶囊治疗。分析、对比两组患者的临床疗效及腹泻、腹痛症状消失时间。结果观察组的临床总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于参照组的总有效率(81.82%),差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的腹泻、腹痛症状消失时间相较于参照组的均较低,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性感染性腹泻患者应用肠炎宁胶囊进行治疗,对临床疗效的提高具有促进作用,且可缩短患者腹泻、腹痛症状消失时间,减轻其病痛,效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of changyanning capsule in the treatment of patients with acute infectious diarrhea.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,89 patients with acute infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with berberine hydrochloride tablets,the observation group was treated with changyanning capsule.The clinical curative effect and the time when the diarrhea and abdominal pain disappeared were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The time of symptom disappearance of diarrhea and abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Changyanning capsule is effective in the treatment of acute infectious diarrhea,and it can shorten the time for the symptom of diarrhea and abdominal pain to disappear,and the effect is remarkable.
