摘要
目的对人性化护理模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的综合效果进行分析与探究。方法以铜陵市立医院2016年7月-2018年7月间新生儿肺炎患者100例作为研究样本,均分为两组。参照组50例采用常规护理方式,研讨组50例采用人性化护理模式,比较分析人性化护理模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的综合效果。结果经护理后,研讨组发绀消失时间、呼吸困难缓解时间、住院时间与肺部啰音消失时间等疗效指标均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的综合效果比较理想,通过护理人员细致入微的照顾,有效地缓解了患儿的相关症状,促进病情好转。
Objective To analyze and explore the comprehensive effect of humanized nursing model in the nursing of neonatal pneumonia.Methods 100 cases of neonatal pneumonia in Tongling city hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,the study group(50 cases)adopted humanized nursing model to explore its comprehensive effect.Results After nursing,the effect indexes of cyanosis,dyspnea relief,hospitalization and lung rales disappearance in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive effect of humanized nursing model in neonatal pneumonia care is ideal,through the careful care of nursing staff,it can effectively alleviate the related symptoms of children and promote the improvement of the condition.
