摘要 食品是人们日常生活中的必需品也是基本保障。食品安全质量出现问题会给社会发展、人们身体健康等带来非常严重的影响,因此应不断强化食品质量检测工作,通过有效的食品质量检测技术来提高食品质量,保障食品安全,有效控制食品安全事故的发生率,同时改善食品生产质量,确保食品可以满足相关要求。食品质量检测技术在保证食品质量及安全方面有着重要作用,因此应针对质量检测技术中的问题,制定出针对性解决措施,从而提升食品质量检测技术水平,为人们创建更安全的生活环境,提升人们的生活品质。 Food is a must in People’s Daily life is also the basic guarantee. But if the quality of food safety problems will bring the social development, people healthy is very serious, so should strengthen food quality inspection work, through effective food quality testing technology to improve the quality of food, food security, to effectively control the incidence of food safety accidents, and at the same time can improve the quality of food production, ensure food security can meet the relevant requirements. Visible food quality testing technology in ensure food quality and safety has a direct relationship, so should be positive to face the problems in the quality detection technology, and work out targeted solutions, thereby enhance the level of food quality testing technology to use and create better and safer living environment for people, improve people’s quality of life.
