摘要
在食品的生产加工过程中,不可避免地会使用到食品添加剂。这些食品添加剂可有效改善食品的色泽,增加食品的营养,改善食品的外观,同时也能够起到防止食物腐烂的作用,在我国大多数食品的生产中,会应用到食品添加剂。但是过多的使用食品添加剂也会产生一定的问题。本文在此基础上,对我国当前食品添加剂使用中存在的问题进行探讨,分析产生问题的原因,最后提出具体的对策建议,希望能够改善我国食品添加剂的使用情况。
In the process of food production and processing in China, it is inevitable to use food additives. These food additives can effectively improve the external color of food, increase the nutrition of food, improve the selling phase of food, and also play a role in preventing food from rotting. However, if food additives are used blindly, there will be some problems. Therefore, on this basis, this paper discusses the existing problems in the use of food additives in China, analyzes the causes of the problems, and finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to improve the use of food additives in China.
