摘要
采用单因素实验和正交实验,利用溶剂法提取黄刺玫籽油,考察不同有机溶剂、料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度、粉碎度对黄刺玫籽油提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:以石油醚作为浸提剂,粉碎度为60目,料液比1∶8(W∶V),浸提温度80℃,浸提时间2 h。在此工艺条件下提取率为6.76%±0.15%。该方法操作简便,为进一步研究黄刺玫籽油的提取工艺提供理论依据。
In this paper, organic solvent extraction method was used to extract Rosa xanthina seed oil. The effects of organic solvent, ratio of material to liquid, extraction time, extraction temperature and grind degree on the extraction rate of Rosa xanthina seed oil were studied by single factor method and orthogonal experiment method. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: petroleum ether as the organic solvent, the grind degree 80 mesh, the ratio of material to liquid 1 ∶ 8(W ∶ V), the temperature 80 ℃, and the extraction time 2 h. Under this condition, the extraction rate was up to 6.76%±0.15%. The method was simple in operation and provided a theoretical basis for the further study of the extraction process of Rosa xanthina seed oil.
