摘要
在现代农产品及食品品质检测中,电子鼻、电子舌和光谱等技术因快速无损的特点而逐渐得到广泛应用。电子鼻和电子舌技术通过传感器阵列模仿哺乳动物的嗅觉或味觉系统,利用不同传感器间的交叉响应实现对样本品质的分析。由于农产品及食品品质变化成因复杂且表现形式多样,单一技术可能难以满足检测需求,借助信息融合综合使用各种检测技术能够达到更好的检测效果。本文对信息融合的定义、层次及方法进行介绍,然后基于不同的融合层次,分析总结了多技术联用在农产品食品检测中的应用,最后基于信息融合对电子鼻的发展做出展望。
Electronic nose, electronic tongue and spectroscopic techniques have been widely used in the quality testing of modern agricultural products and food due to their rapid and nondestructive properties. The electronic nose and electronic tongue technology imitates the smell or taste system of mammals through the sensor array, and USES the cross response between different sensors to analyze the sample quality. Due to the complex causes and diverse forms of the changes in the quality of agricultural products and food, a single technology may be difficult to meet the testing needs, and the comprehensive use of various testing technologies with the help of information fusion can achieve better testing results. The definition, levels and methods of information fusion was introduced, analyzed and summarized. Furthermore, the application of multi-technology in the detection of agricultural products and food based on different levels of fusion was summarized. At last but not least, the development of electronic nose was forecasted based on information fusion.
