摘要
食品理化检验是保障食品安全的重要环节,通过对食品中有害物质、微生物、菌群与添加剂等的精准快速检测,可以保证食品质量,让人们吃上放心食品。随着食品检验工作量的日益增加,需要在检测前处理检验样品,以提高食品检验工作效率。本文对食品理化检验中的样品前处理方法进行了分析研究,以充分发挥每种方法的优势,以科学完善的检验方式及流程提高食品检验工作的精准度及检验效率。
Physical and chemical examination of food is the key for food safety, by the accurate and rapid detection of harmful substances, microorganisms, bacteria, additives, etc. As the workload of food inspection increases, samples need to be processed before testing to ensure efficiency. In this paper, the methods of sample pretreatment in food physical and chemical analysis were analyzed. In this paper, the sample pretreatment methods are analyzed. We hope to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the work through a variety of methods and a scientific and perfect inspection method and process.
