摘要
餐饮安全对于广大人民来说是重中之重,它与人们的人身健康直接相关,也间接影响着整个社会的稳定以及和谐。伴随着我国社会的不断发展,餐饮行业也得到了稳步的发展,餐饮食品种类也越来越多,但是餐饮安全问题也逐渐增多,使得餐饮安全现状令人堪忧。本文对基层餐饮进行探究,发现其所存在的问题,并根据相应问题提出一些可行性建议,为我国基层餐饮管理提供一些借鉴。
Food safety is the most important thing for the people. It is directly related to people’s health, and indirectly affects the stability and harmony of the whole society. With the continuous development and progress of our society, the catering industry has been steadily developed, and there are more and more kinds of food, but the whole food safety problem is increasing, which makes the current situation of the catering industry worrying. This paper explores the basic level catering, finds out the problems, and puts forward some feasible suggestions according to the corresponding problems, so as to provide some reference for the basic level catering in China.
