俗话说"民以食为天",由此可见,食品安全问题对社会的发展、人民的健康等具有直接的影响。近些年,人民的生活水平不断提高,对饮食的质量、口感、安全性与健康等问题越发重视,食品卫生安全已经成为了大众以及社会各界关注的焦点问题。为了有效杜绝"三氯氰胺毒奶粉"及"苏丹红"等事件的再次发生,长久有效地做好食品卫生管理举措的研究、实施,可保证食品卫生安全质量,确保全民饮食安全。
As the saying goes, "food is the order of the day." It can be seen that food safety issues have a direct impact on the development of society and people’s health. Faced with the continuous improvement of people’s living standard in recent years, people begin to pay more attention to the quality, taste, safety, health and other issues of diet, and food hygiene and safety has become the focus of the public and all sectors of society. In order to effectively prevent the recurrence of such incidents as "melamine milk powder" and "Sudan red", the research and implementation of long-term and effective management measures on food hygiene can ensure the safety and quality of food hygiene and ensure the safety of diet for the whole people.
